Ray Hofstatter, a recurring character on 'Mancow's Morning Madhouse' radio show on WKQX-FM was struck by a vehicle early Sunday, November 20, when he was crossing a street on the Southwest Side of Chicago.

Chicago police issued a description of the vehicle that left the scene. They say that the car that hit radio personality Cowboy Ray was caught on a surveillance video tape by a nearby business, and witnesses came forward on Monday to try to identify the driver.

And Mancow has offered a $5,000 reward for information.
